What my customers want, is what my customers gets!
The point of having something "Bespoke" is a very personal choice. It could be for a number of reasons, dictated my size, area available or a certain look. A one off, one of a kind item that no body else has.

This is our latest build, it is a single garage for a small car one side, a workshop and has a large den for the children built into the roof.

From the garden, it couldn't look like a large shed or an outhouse so we had to build a structure with a certain British charm to compliment the main house.
I think I have hit the nail on the head!

Not the best weather to be roofing but it has to be done. Week 3 of our latest "One of a kind" structure and all is going well (apart from the rain and wind).
This one use to be a concrete garage on the left of the plot but the customer wanted it a few inches wider, another covered area next to it which can be used for parking another car and a large storage area above which could be converted into a teenagers den at a later stage.
Should be finished next week, weather depending!

Sneak preview

With Grand Designs Live 2013 only 4 weeks away, work is well on the way with the latest Tiny House that will be exhibited at the show and offered "For Sale".

Last years Grand Designs Tiny House was nice but this one is going to be even nicer!

It is a bit bigger (14 ft by 6.6 ft), it has a double bed area above the shower room and a single bed above the Kitchen just inside the front door.
The overall spec will be to an even higher standard which will make it our best Tiny House to date (so far).

We will also be running a free prize draw, the winner will win a weekend in one of our fantastic Tiny Houses.

Grand Designs Live will be held at Excel London on 4th - 12th May. The Tiny House will be on stand G273 which is in the Garden Section next to the Food section.
